THE Division of Youth Services, which is under the Department of Community and Cultural Affairs, has moved into a new office in Chalan Piao next to the Bank of Guam.

DYS acting Administrator Sylvio Ada said the agency is composed of the Child Protection Unit, Foster Care Services, the Juvenile Probation Unit, the Parent Education Program, and the Family & Youth Enhancement Program. These, however, were spread out in different offices so Ada said they relocated to Chalan Piao mainly to centralize DYS services.
